These are starting prices for standard scope events. Your actual quote depends on attendee count, venue preferences, timeline, and add-on services. We provide a fixed quote after your free impact plan call — no hidden fees.

Yes. Our standard structure is 50% deposit to begin, 25% at the 4-week mark, and 25% within 7 days of the event. For events over $50K, we can customize the payment schedule.

Venue rental, catering, and any third-party vendor costs (photographer, AV equipment, etc.) are separate from our service fee. We present all vendor quotes transparently so you approve each expense.

Absolutely. Many of our clients start with a single meetup, see the results, and move to a conference series within 12 months. We love long-term relationships and offer repeat-client pricing.

Yes, for clients running 4+ events per year, we offer retainer arrangements that include priority scheduling, dedicated account management, and volume pricing.
