The Challenge

Cohere needed a flagship annual conference to compete directly with OpenAI's DevDay and Anthropic's enterprise events for the attention of US enterprise buyers. This was their first-ever standalone conference in the US — no playbook, no precedent — and the expectations from leadership were unambiguous: prove Cohere belongs in the same room as the biggest names in AI.

The Solution

We produced a full-day summit at Moscone West anchored by C-suite keynotes from Cohere's CEO and three Fortune 500 CTOs who were already Cohere customers. Four breakout tracks ran simultaneously throughout the day — covering enterprise deployment, security and compliance, developer tooling, and ROI measurement. We built an AI Demo Exhibition Zone with 8 interactive stations where attendees could run live workloads. The day closed with an invitation-only VIP dinner for 60 of Cohere's top enterprise accounts.
